Apollo Gabriel Caldari Domini Lex Talionis Etherium Cartel	Posted - 2010.07.27 18:44:00 - [1] Hello All, From reading the devblogs and COAD, it has become abundantly apparent that CCP's release of Dominion has negatively impacted player's perspectives of Eve Warfare. No Blob Some say don't blog and life is fine, well those that used to blob can't now, that is not a feature listed in the patch notes, nor stated clearly that blob wars were no longer supported by CCP. Code is fine Many thanks to CCP Explorer for posting a lot of information in the devblog about upcoming features. These posts were informative as to the perspective of the underlying code, yet they do not explain why there is such a large discrepancy in player perspective and CCP perspective. CSM and Lag At least one CSM member posted in the aforementioned devblog that they felt CCP was taking this issue very seriously, and that they had a "top" team working on it. There were other dev posts saying the same. Commitment CCP we need a firm commitment and timetable for these concerns to be addressed. We need clear, non-thread buried acknowledgement that you know there is a problem. Without a firm commitment and clear acknowledgement, I hereby commit to suspending my account September 1st, 2010. I do not envy CCP's predicament, but they marketed dominion as a Fleet Warfare Expansion. Many, many players claim that they could fight with fleets this large before dominion, so the release should NOT make it worse. Look everyone who's posted here loves Eve, we wouldn't be upset if we didn't. We just refuse to play with the Elephant in the room, aka Dominion. The Dominion Trailer could easily be the BEST every made, it is too bad it doesn't work that way... When I log in now, I get black screen, entering station and just sit and sit. Check out the devblog on upcoming content, it is greater than 50 pages now, and there is a 8+ page lag complaint it CAOD from yesterday. If you don't care about lag, then great, you don't care.
